Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Inductees

Guns N’ Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Donovan, Laura Nyro, Small Faces/Faces, Beastie Boys, Freddie King, Don Kirshner, Cosimo Matassa, Tom Dowd, Glyn Johns, The Crickets, The Famous Flames, The Midnighters, The Comets, The Blue Caps and The Miracles are all being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame this year at the 27th annual ceremony on April 14th. Being that they don’t televise the event (which I just don’t get) the only way to see the historic night will be to either attend the event in Cleveland, Ohio or to watch the live simulcast via the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame website. It should be an interesting night, what with the possibly of Guns N’ Roses finally reuniting to perform together for the show. I’m personally excited about the Red Hot Chili Peppers being inducted. They are SUCH a great band!!! They definitely deserve the honor. It will be interesting to see if they reunite some old members (and by members, I mean guitarists) for the show too. And the Beastie Boys will become only the 3rd (I think) Rap act to ever be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Kudos to all the inductees!!!

Song Of The Day: 3/3/12 (Crazy)

I’ve been wanting to share this song “Crazy” by Gnarls Barkley for a few weeks now, but have had lot’s of other stuff to share. This song was named the #1 song of the 2000’s by Rolling stone a couple years back. They definitely deserve it too. I love Gnarls Barkley and especially Cee-Lo, solo and with his original group, Goodie Mob, who is a part of a clic along with OutKast, Sleepy Brown and others, called the Dungeon Family. They are all so talented and original!!! Are you a Dungeon Family fan? I may have to share one of their songs next. I just might!!!
